Why Most Testosterone Programs Don’t Work…And What To Do About It

The goal of this post isn’t to bash on other programs (unless they deserve it) but to critically assess them so you can make an educated decision about which can bring you success.

Most testosterone raising programs, diets, and workouts don’t work simply because they:

  • Are based on one guy’s single experience yet try to be one-size-fits-all,
  • Contain too many changes to your life,
  • Require too much time, and
  • Don’t strategically prioritize effort towards the activities with the biggest impact

These programs require you to completely change your schedule and activities within too short a period of time for real life-changing habits to be created. It becomes overwhelming and drains your energy.

They are not designed for success.

The current testosterone boosting programs out there were designed by twenty something year old college students, bodybuilders, and personal trainer types…guys that should have zero issues with testosterone, after all they can work out all day, have time to eat healthy, sleep right, etc., yet if we trust what they are telling us, they all had clinically low testosterone.

We’d be thrown in jail. For a long time.

Yet, this is what most marketers are doing, essentially taking their personal anecdote, the experience of ONE man, and preaching it as the truth for ALL men.
